As compared to 2015, there is plenty of inspiration to be found in these numbers. From April last year, the average sales price for a home in Midland County is up just over 10% and our discounts are greatly reduced. The days on market is also down over 10%. The number of Midland County home sales is down about 20% but this can likely be attributed to one or two factors: the volume of homes being listed has decreased slightly, and we are still recovering from a very mis-directed Mother Nature! I surmise this number will rebound quickly in the next 60 days.
